Except as follows, payments received via the payment gateway are not refundable:

  • A technical glitch results in the numerous or excessive debiting of a customer's card or bank account in a single transaction. The customer will get their excess money refunded, less any expenses associated with the payment gateway.
  • A technical problem resulted in money being deducted from the customer's bank account or credit card, yet enrollment was unsuccessful. Clients can sign up by utilizing the complimentary services provided by (website name). In this case, the money will be returned to the consumer after the associated Payment Gateway charges are subtracted.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the consumer must provide the transaction number and original payment receipt. Email the application to (insert email address) in the proper manner.
  • Within 21 days of receiving the online registration form and following manual processing, (Website Name) will issue the reimbursement if the claim is approved. It could take five to seven days for the money to appear in your account, depending on the processes your bank uses.
  • Regarding payments for purchases for which they have not received payment, (Website name) will contact the payee or user; (Website name) will handle the payment settlement.
  • It might be directly credited to the disputed payer's account if (website name) is unable to settle the issue. The payee cannot dispute the direct credit and debit that the contested payer made to the payee's account. Once the payee and payer have achieved an agreement, the funds will be managed by (website name) providers in line with the terms of the settlement.
  • In the event of a chargeback, the payment must still be handled in line with the agreement even if the payee, user, or service provider has already received payment. Users and payers need to be made aware of this.
